The National Youth Choirs of Great Britain (NYCGB) comprises five constituent choirs for young people from primary school age to those leaving University. Collectively, they aim to be the most inspirational and innovative organisation for young singers in the UK, discovering and nurturing exceptional musical talent, providing unrivalled performance opportunities and world-class musical and leadership training to the widest possible range of young people in society, creating the next generation of singers, teachers, leaders and advocates who will in turn guarantee the continuing excellence and variety of the UK’s vibrant and diverse choral tradition.

We are delighted to be working with NYCGB by providing performance and recording opportunities alongside Tenebrae for the highly-talented members of their Fellowship Programme, demonstrating our shared commitment to choral excellence.

The NYCGB Fellowship Programme aims to provide top-level training across a wide range of areas to aspiring professional choral musicians. It gives me great pleasure that we have ensured such high quality performance and recording opportunities for our eight Fellowship holders alongside Tenebrae, who under the assured direction of Nigel Short produce some of the finest singing of any professional choir in the UK.
