We are recruiting for a new General Manager!
The General Manager will lead Tenebrae at a significant period in the choir’s development, liaising closely with the Board of Trustees, Development Board and Artistic Director. The General Manager is accountable for the organisational and business development of the choir and will need to deliver artistic and commercial excellence.
In the last three years, Tenebrae has more than doubled its turnover and performance profile and the ambition is to continue this level of activity. The General Manager is responsible for leading a small and talented team of full and part-time staff to deliver Tenebrae’s concert, education, touring and recording programmes. Alongside this, the General Manager is tasked with maintaining Tenebrae’s performance profile, developing innovative and exciting partnerships, fundraising and broadening audiences.
