Tenebrae Academy Programme Coordinator (part-time, fixed term)

Tenebrae is seeking a part-time Tenebrae Academy Programme Coordinator to support the smooth planning and delivery of Tenebrae Academy, our fully funded choral training programme for young singers who face barriers to progression. Working closely with the Learning & Connection Producer and wider Tenebrae team, the Coordinator will help organise sessions, liaise with participants, schools and venues, prepare materials, process travel reimbursements, and provide on-the-day support at Saturday sessions in central London.

This is a freelance, fixed-term role, running for nine months from September 2026. Most work can be undertaken remotely, with some in-person attendance required. We are looking for an organised, approachable and proactive person with experience in arts, education, youth or community settings, and a commitment to supporting young people in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Applications close at 9am on Wednesday 29 July 2026.
