This performance celebrates some of the finest choral works from the Renaissance through to the present day, ranging from Allegri’s iconic Miserere meiDeus to Harris’ spectacular Bring Us, O Lord God.

Featuring a number of familiar favourites, this sequence juxtaposes the ethereal contrapuntal lines of the late Renaissance with the rich harmony of our contemporary masters. Closing with Eric Whitacre’s hypnotic Sleep, this programme is a true homage to choral greats past and present.
