Award-winning vocal ensemble Tenebrae presents some of the most exquisite works of the Renaissance including music by Victoria and Gutierrez. Allegri’s iconic Miserere is surely one of the most well-loved works in the choral canon. These stunning early works are complemented by the searing harmonic language of Poulenc’s motets Tenebrae responses and Sir James MacMillan’s own interpretation of the Miserere.
