Tenebrae returns to Purbeck Arts Week with a programme commemorating 400 years since the death of William Byrd, one of England’s greatest composers. This programme showcases some of Byrd’s most inspirational, devotional and popular works, alongside those of his contemporaries in the atmospheric and historic setting of The Priory Church of Lady St. Mary, Wareham.
