Tenebrae are looking forward to their first ever visit to Bristol Cathedral with a programme celebrating some of the finest choral works from the Renaissance through to the present day. Ranging from Allegri’s haunting Miserere mei, Deus to Holst’s resplendent Nunc dimittis, this programme showcases the soaring contrapuntal lines of the late Renaissance as well as beautiful, intimate settings by some of today’s most talented composers. This programme is a true homage to choral greats past and present.
