Hot on the heels of Tenebrae’s Choral prize at the 2012 BBC Music Magazine Awards for their recording of Victoria Requiem, their latest album on Signum Classics, another Victoria offering in the form of his infamous Tenebrae Responsories, has been given the seal of approval by the Magazine, naming it Choral & Song choice of the month.  Saying of the disc: “This Victoria recording is the most nuanced and telling available”, reviewer Anthony Pryer goes on to give the disc a five-star review for both Performance and Recording.  You can read more of the review, as well as listen to tracks from the disc here.
