Tenebrae’s Allegri Miserere voted the definitive recording by Radio France

We are delighted to announce that our version of the iconic ‘Miserere‘ by Gregorio Allegri has been voted as the definitive recording by France Musique. They praised the “perfect balance” between the”full trebles” and “superb basses,” labeling the performance as “staggering,” and able to “conjure emotion and eloquence in a stunning and natural way.”

‘A Walk with Ivor Gurney’ Appeal – Target Reached!

Tenebrae’s Tallis ‘Lamentations of Jeremiah’ chosen for BBC Radio 3 ‘Building a Library’

Alongside Tenebrae’s recordings of Fauré Requiem and the Bruckner Motets, the choir’s recording of Tallis’s Lamentations of Jeremiah has been selected for BBC Radio 3’s ‘Building a Library’ series.
